I highly recommend this CD. It's very relaxing. As a side benefit, since I started using it, I've found myself eating when I'm hungry, and not to calm stress.

I have several of Dr. G' s tapes and have found each one extremely beneficial. If you are looking for a valuable, therapeutic approach to relaxation by a Master in his field, I highly recommend this CD.

A hectic career with inherent stress and constant overseas travel had depleted me and taken a toll on my health. A while back, I was having a great deal of difficulty getting to sleep due to waking with panic attacks. So, having used another CD of Dr. G's (and one with Andrew Weil), I decided to give this one a try. After the first week, I found I was sleeping through the night with very few interruptions, and barely having panic attacks. By the second week, I found I was sleeping even better. After a month, I was safely sleeping soundly through the night on most nights, waking up refreshed and feeling calm, which was a first for me. I find the walk to the sea most calming, and have actually utilized the 'oasis' and 'inner island' when I am at my most stressed and tense. I also find it's a good idea to reinforce the relaxation techniques approximately twice a month, and use it nightly during times of great distress or crisis.
